1. Returns
We will refund 100% of your money on any purchase, within 30 days. Just send us the bottle(s) with any unused vitamins, along with your name, address, phone number and email address, and a brief note explaining why you are requesting a refund. If you have a copy of the sales receipt, please include that in your return. Thank you.
2. Cancellation of Forever Young Members Program
To cancel your automatic monthly shipment of vitamins and your monthly credit card charge, please send an email to cancel"at"foreveryoungvitamins.com (substitute the @ symbol for "at") or call 1-800-453-0219.
Please include your name, address, phone number and email address. In addition, please tell us which vitamin product(s) you are cancelling.
We will CONFIRM receipt of your email message by return email. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours, call our office at 1-800-453-0219 from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific (west coast US) time, Monday - Friday.
